asty uttarasyāṃ diśi devatātmā,

himālayo nāma nagādhirājaḥ |

pūrvvāparau [[to]]yanidhī vagāhya,

sthitaḥ pṛthivyā iva mānadaṇḍaḥ ||

yaṃ sarvvaśailāḥ parikalpya vatsaṃ,

merau sthite dogdhari dohadakṣe |

bhāsvanti ratnāni mahauṣadhīś ca,

pṛthupadiṣṭāṃ (!) duduhur ddharitrīm ||

anantaratnapravasya (!) yasya

himan na saubhāgyavilopi jātaṃ |

eko hi doṣo guṇasannipāte,
