Text Features A collection of some 125 rules of interpretation (paribhāṣā) of the Pāṇinian system of grammar. In the beginning portion of the text, the paribhāṣā-s (sometimes introduced by some sūtra of Pāṇini’s) are listed in the sequence of Nīlakaṇṭha Dīkṣita’s Paribhāṣāvṛtti, whereas the sequence of the final portion is rather similar to that of Śīradeva’s Bṛhatparibhāṣāvṛtti and Haribhāskara’s Paribhāṣābhāskara.

Manuscript Features
There are a few corrections in the margin. In the back of fol. 1 (exp. 2), the title “paribhāṣā vaiyākaraṇīyā” is inscribed in modern Devanāgarī characters.
In the bottom of the right-hand margin of the verso, the word rāmaḥ is written above the foliation on every folio.
The individual paribhāṣā-s are numbered. Sections 114 and 115, however, give more or less the same paribhāṣā. Number 117 occurs twice, incorporating three paribhāṣā-s in all. Section 120 comprises two paribhāṣā-s.
