Manuscript Features
Available folios: [A] 1–14, 20–33; [B] 1–11
The first part of the ms is consisted of 10 stories from Haribhaṭṭa's Jātakamālā (Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 11, 19, 20, 22, 12, and 32). The missing folios 15–19 must have contained the end of the Hastijātaka, the whole Candrajātaka, and the very beginning of the Mṛgajātaka. The tenth story Siṃhajātaka abruptly breaks off on fol. 33v3 after pratyarpaṇāc ca, and the next story Śākyasiṃhajātaka begins on a new leaf numbered "1". From this fact the manuscript is supposed to be a copy from B 98-4 whose six leaves (fols. 32–37) with the end of the Siṃhajātaka and the Maitrakanyakāvadāna have been moved into a ms of the Divyāvadānamālā (Reel No. A 123-6). Cf. Hahn 1992, 2007.
